Benchmarking Exercise definition

Benchmarking Exercise means an exercise carried out by the Parties in accordance with clause 78 (Benchmarking) to assess whether the processes and procedures used by the Supplier to deliver the Services might be improved having regard to processes and procedures used by third parties to deliver similar services in similar circumstances;
Benchmarking Exercise means an exercise carried out under clause 34.2 (Benchmarking);
Benchmarking Exercise benchmarking in accordance with Clause26.1 (Benchmarking);

More Definitions of Benchmarking Exercise

Benchmarking Exercise has the meaning set out in Section 4.1 of Appendix 4G [Market Testing Procedure];
