Benchmark Adjustment definition

Benchmark Adjustment means, for any day, the spread adjustment for such Interest Accrual Period that has been selected or recommended by the Relevant Governmental Body for the tenor of 1 month. For the avoidance of doubt, the “Benchmark Adjustment” means, for any day, the value as reported on the display designated as “YUS0001M” on Bloomberg, or such other display as may replace “YUS0001M.”
Benchmark Adjustment means, with respect to any Benchmark:
Benchmark Adjustment means (i) in the case of Term SOFR, a spread adjustment in the amount of [***]% ([***] basis points); (ii) in the case of Daily Simple SOFR, a spread adjustment in the amount of [***]% ([***] basis points); and (iii) in all other cases, a spread adjustment (which may be a positive or negative value or zero), in each case, that has been selected by Administrative Agent as the replacement for such Available Tenor of such Benchmark giving due consideration to any evolving or then-prevailing market convention, including any applicable recommendations made by the Relevant Governmental Body for U.S. dollar-denominated syndicated or bilateral credit facilities at such time.
