The Lenders made a facility available to the German Borrower, the Belgian Borrower, the Norwegian Borrowers and the Danish Borrower pursuant to the terms and conditions under the Original Facility Agreement (as defined below).

The Register shall be available for inspection by the U.S. Borrower and the Belgian Borrower and, as to entries pertaining to it, any Issuing Bank or Lender, at any reasonable time and from time to time upon reasonable prior notice.
