Behavioral Data definition

Behavioral Data means data collected from an IP address, web beacon, pixel tag, ad tag, cookie, local storage object, software, or by any other means, or from a particular computer, Web browser, mobile telephone, or other device or application, where such data (i) is collected from a particular computer or device regarding Web viewing or other activities of an identified or identifiable user; or (ii) is or may be used to identify, locate or contact an individual or device or application, to predict or infer the preferences, interests, or other characteristics of the device or application or of a user of such device or application, or to target advertisements or other content to a device or application, or to a user of such device or application.
Behavioral Data means data collected from an IP address, web beacon, pixel tag, ad tag, cookie, JavaScript, local storage, software, or by any other means, or from a particular computer, Web browser, mobile telephone, or other device or application, where such data is or may be used to identify or contact an individual, device, household or application (including by means of an advertisement or other content), to develop a profile or record of the activities of an individual, device, or application across multiple websites or online services, to predict or infer the preferences, interests, or other characteristics of an individual, device, or application, or a user thereof, or to target advertisements or other content to an individual, device, or application.
Behavioral Data means any behavioral, browsing, usage, purchase, interest-based, demographic or other information attributable to a Person.
