BEE Status means in relation to a Black Group, the Black Group’s percentage ownership and percentage economic interest by Black People (by shareholding, membership, beneficiary interest or other comparable interest, as the case may be, having regard to the juristic nature of the relevant Black Group) and the Black Group’s percentage representation by Black People at board or trustee or other similar governing body, as measured under the BEE Legislation and, in relation to a natural person, whether or not that person qualifies as a Black Person;
