Bed & Breakfast definition

Bed & Breakfast means single detached dwelling in which there is a resident owner or resident manager who provides overnight accommodation and meals for the traveling public.
Bed & Breakfast means a commercial accommodation establishment with a maximum of six lettable bedrooms on the property which are available to guests (which shall exclude the bedroom/s used by the B & B establishment owner for his/her/their own private use) – read in conjunction with the definition of “commercial accommodation”.
Bed & Breakfast means a commercial accommodation establishment with a maximum of 8 beds available, to guests and conducted in terms of a valid planning

Bed & Breakfast means a commercial accommodation establishment with a maximum of 8 beds available to guests;
