Batteries definition

Batteries means alkaline and rechargeable batteries such as AAA, AA, C, D, and 9 volt, cell phone batteries, and vehicle batteries.
Batteries means portable batteries as defined in the Regulations and associated guidance issued by the Appropriate Authority from time to time;
Batteries means all batteries and other power sources sold by Seller under this Agreement.

More Definitions of Batteries

Batteries. Battery" and "Batteries" shall mean power sources for use in the Company's implantable medical devices including, but not limited to, cardiac rhythm management devices.
