Batch Price definition

Batch Price means the Price of each Batch.
Batch Price the price payable for each Batch as initially described in the Appendix Two and as may be amended by agreement between the Parties or by operation of Clause 7;

Batch Price means the Service Fees associated with the processing, filling, packaging, labeling, analytical and quality control testing, quality assurance in the production and release of each Batch of Product, as provided in the applicable Statement of Work and as may be adjusted from time to time in accordance with this Agreement or the applicable Statement of Work.
