  • If Landlord issues monthly or other periodic rent billing statements to Tenant, the issuance or non-issuance of such statements will not affect Tenant’s obligation to pay Basic Rent and the Additional Rent set forth in Sections 4.3 and 5.3, all of which are due and payable on the Basic Rent Payment Dates.

  • The Lessee shall pay to the Lessor, as Basic Rent for the Undivided Interest, semiannual installments of rent on the Basic Rent Payment Dates during the Basic Lease Term.
