Baseline Date definition

Baseline Date means either the major source baseline date or source baseline date, as applicable.

Baseline Date means major source baseline date or minor source baseline date and is established for each pollutant for which increments or other equivalent measures have been established if the area in which the proposed source or modification would construct is desig- nated as attainment or unclassifiable pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 7407(d)(1)(A)(ii) or (iii) for the pol- lutant on the date of the source's complete application; and

Baseline Date means August 26, 2016, which is the date the Initial Study under the California Environmental Quality Act for the MCCR was initiated.
