Base Term Commencement Date definition
Base Term Commencement Date shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.2 of each Lease.

Base Term Commencement Date means the Document Closing Date.
Base Term Commencement Date means the date that: (a) Vendor has completed construction of the Equipment; (b) Lessee has inspected it and determined that such Equipment is in the condition required by the Purchase Agreement and is otherwise in good order and condition, and conforms to the specifications, requirements and standards applicable thereto and is satisfactory to Lessee; and (c) all conditions precedent set forth in Section 9 of hereof shall be satisfied. For purposes of this Lease, the foregoing conditions (a) and (b) shall conclusively be deemed to be satisfied upon the latter of the execution of an Acceptance Certificate by Lessee.
Base Term Commencement Date shall have the meaning, with respect to any Aircraft, set forth in the Lease Supplement with respect to such Aircraft.
Base Term Commencement Date means the date which is the earlier of (i) with respect to each Facility, the Facility Completion Date therefor, (ii) with respect to any Unit allocated to an Equipment Group and each Unit which is included in the Post-Completion Assets described at Section 9.1(p) of the Participation Agreement, the Unit Completion Date for such Unit, or (iii) with respect to all Lease Supplements, the date an Insolvency Event occurs.
