Consultant shall perform the Scope of Work for an amount not to exceed the Base Contract Price (“BCP”) of $[insert BCP] plus any Cost Adders, Optional Milestones and/or Unit Costs, subject to all other provisions of this Agreement.
If the nature of the Work requires that parts of it be performed outside of regular working hours, the cost of such Work including overtime wages for the User’s Building Engineer, if applicable, is to be included in the Base Contract Price.
The costs of all such operations are part of the Base Contract Price.
