Base Contract Price definition

Base Contract Price means the Consultant’s base contract price for Services as specified in the original contract scope of Services developed from the Request for Proposal and the Consultant’s written proposal or revised proposal.
Base Contract Price means the price in $U.S. per kWh to be paid by Site Host to System Owner in Year 1 for the purchase of Output, as specified in Article 4 and Exhibit D.
Base Contract Price means the price in $U.S. per kWh to be paid by Buyer to Seller for the purchase of the Adjusted Delivered Energy, as specified in Article 4 and Exhibit 4 [Base Contract Price].

  • If the nature of the Work requires that parts of it be performed outside of regular working hours, the cost of such Work including overtime wages for the User’s Building Engineer, if applicable, is to be included in the Base Contract Price.

More Definitions of Base Contract Price

Base Contract Price means the price in $U.S. per kWh to be paid by Buyer to Seller for the purchase of the Output, as specified in the Contract Price Exhibit.
Base Contract Price means the amount of compensation, based upon General Contractor's Bid Price (as adjusted pursuant to 720 ILCS 5/33 E-12, if applicable) for a Project to be paid for the Work to be performed by General Contractor as adjusted in accordance with authorized Change Orders from time to time.
