Base Conditions definition

Base Conditions means these base conditions.
Base Conditions means Conditions 1 (Definitions) to 19 (Governing Law) inclusive.
Base Conditions shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit D-2.

More Definitions of Base Conditions

Base Conditions means the Base Conditions set out in the Programme Deed.
Base Conditions shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit E-2.
