Base Charges definition

Base Charges means the fees for the Base Services.
Base Charges or “base rate(s)” means the charge for water service that is in addition to the consumption charges.
Base Charges means the fixed component of Customer’s monthly Charges as set forth in Schedule A, Attachment A (Pricing).

  • These Annual Base Charges are set forth in Attachment 4-A and these Monthly Resource Baselines are set forth in Attachment 4-D and reflect the required resources to support DIR and the DIR Customers.

More Definitions of Base Charges

Base Charges means the monthly charges associated with the Resource Baselines, which charges are subject to adjustment pursuant to ARCs and RRCs.

Base Charges means, for the Designated Services, the total Vendor price for performing services for AMO in a given month, including any Amortized Costs, which is associated with the Service Levels and the Vendor responsibilities established as of the Effective Date, as the same is further described and specified as the “Total Required Services” in Section 8.1 of the SOW and those applicable incremental fees as set forth in Section 8.3 of the SOW.
Base Charges means the fees for the Base Services set forth in the applicable Charges Exhibits.
Base Charges means the base Charges applicable to the Services or to a Project as further defined in Exhibit 1 (Definitions) or the applicable Order.
