Examples of BAS in a sentence
To achieve the full amount of a requested increase and subject to the approval of the Administrative Agent and the L/C Issuer (which approvals shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed), the Borrower and/or BAS may also invite additional Eligible Assignees to become Lenders pursuant to a joinder agreement in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Borrower, Administrative Agent and their respective counsel.
The criteria that shall be met by students seeking to participate in the Agreement are as follows: • Students must meet all program requirements prior to transfer into the above- mentioned BAS degree.
BC agrees to use reasonable efforts to: • Make promotional materials and information available to Xxxxxx College healthcare AAS-T students regarding the BAS program, including flyers, invitations to campus events, application information, and advising contact information.
To complete the BAS degree at Bellevue College, students will need a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 for all coursework taken at BC, and all courses applied to the degree, including credits transferred from Xxxxxx or other colleges.
Students must meet all program requirements prior to transfer into the above mentioned BAS degree.
