Bareboat Charterer definition

Bareboat Charterer means NCL (Bahamas) Ltd. of Cumberland House, 9th Floor, 1 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx XX 00, Bermuda, the bareboat charterer of the Vessel pursuant to the Bareboat Charter;
