Bank Security Documents definition

Bank Security Documents means [insert titles of relevant bank documents.]
Bank Security Documents means the Bank Security Agreement, the Bank Surat Kuasa, the Fiduciary Transfer, the Fiduciary Power and the Bank Fiduciary Assignment.
Bank Security Documents means any mortgage, security agreement, environmental indemnity agreement, assignment of leases and rents and/or related document (and any guaranty from any guarantor) from the Corporation to and for the benefit of a Bank which secures Bank Indebtedness and which is to be in effect during Weekly Rate Mode, as such documents may be amended and supplemented from time to time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Indenture or any Bank Security Document, to the extent that any portion of the Trust Estate provides security for the equal and proportionate benefit of all Holders (without priority of any Bond or any other Bond) under the terms of this Indenture, no Bank Security Document shall create or grant in favor of a Bank any right, claim or Lien on such portion of the Trust Estate that is on parity with or superior to the rights of all Holders under this Indenture.

Bank Security Documents means the Bank Deeds of Trust, the Bank Guarantee and Collateral Agreement, the Bank IP Security Agreement, the Bank Company Collateral Account Agreement, the Bank Completion Guaranty Collateral Account Agreement, the Bank Local Company Collateral Account Agreements, the Completion Guaranty and any other guaranties, deeds of trust, security agreements or collateral account agreements executed from time to time by any Loan Party and/or any of their direct or indirect Affiliates in favor of the Bank Agent or the Bank Lenders to guaranty or secure the obligations under the Bank Credit Facility.
Bank Security Documents means the Bank Deeds of Trust, the Bank Guarantee and Collateral Agreement, the Bank Parent Guarantee, the Collateral Agency Agreement, the Bank IP Security Agreement, the Bank Company Collateral Account Agreement, the Bank Completion Guaranty Collateral Account Agreement, the Bank Local Company Collateral Account Agreements, the Completion Guaranty and any other guaranties, deeds of trust, security agreements or collateral account agreements executed from time to time by any Loan Party and/or any of their direct or indirect Affiliates in favor of the Bank Agent or the Bank Lenders to guaranty or secure the obligations under the Bank Credit Facility.
Bank Security Documents means any agreement, document or Instrument pursuant to which a Lien is granted securing any Bank Obligations or under which rights or remedies with respect to such Liens are governed.

Bank Security Documents means, collectively, the Deed of Trust, the Security Agreement, the Financing Statement, the Pledge Agreement, the Custody Agreement and any other agreement or instrument which recites that it secures the obligation of the Company under this Agreement.
