Bank Marks definition

Bank Marks means the trademarks, tradenames, service marks, logos and other proprietary designations of Bank listed on Schedule 7.10 and licensed to Retailer under Section 7.10 hereof.
Bank Marks means the Bank's trade name and trade-marks specifically identified in the Trademark Licence Agreement.
Bank Marks means the Bank’s Marks set forth in Exhibit 14.7, as such Marks may be modified or updated from time to time by Bank.

  • As a point of clarification, Bank has and retains all rights in and to Bank Marks and the use thereof, and all goodwill associated with the use of Bank Marks (whether under this Agreement or otherwise) shall inure to the benefit of Bank.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Client shall not issue any new cards with Bank Marks following the transfer of the Accounts.

Bank Marks means the trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, domain names and other identifiers owned, controlled or licensed by the Bank or any affiliate of the Bank.
