Bank Document definition

Bank Document means a document that contains specifi- cations pertaining to the establishment, operation and mainte- nance of a mitigation bank, identification of the goals, objectives, procedures for operation of the mitigation bank, and incorporates the appropriate terms and conditions of this chapter.
Bank Document means the Finance Documents (as defined in the Bank Facilities Agreement as in effect on the Second Amendment Date) and each other document executed in connection with the Bank Facilities Agreement or otherwise relating thereto.
Bank Document means this Agreement, any agreement the performance of which is secured or guaranteed by this Agreement, any agreement that documents the terms of any Finance Debt between Westpac and any one or more Guarantors, any Security, or any agreement or document issued under or entered into in connection with any of them including without limitation any subordination agreement. It includes any amendment or replacement of any of them.

  • Without prejudice to the survival of any other obligation of the Authority hereunder, the indemnities and obligations of the Authority contained in this Section shall survive performance of all obligations hereunder and the termination of the Letter of Credit, the exercise by the Bank of any of its remedies under this GR Reimbursement Agreement or any other Bank Document and the repayment of all amounts owing to the Bank hereunder and under the other Documents.

  • Nothing contained in this Section authorizes or permits the delivery to Seller or any other Person (other than the Document Custodian) of any Bank Document Deliverables which are required under this Agreement to be delivered directly to the Document Custodian.
