Banco significa Banco do Brasil S.A., Agência de Miami. "Você", "seu" e "seus" referem-se a cada pessoa que assina e/ou envia o formulário, sendo cada um de vocês referido como um "Titular do Cartão". Você está fornecendo e concedendo ao Banco uma garantia real na Conta de Depósito no Banco do Brasil S.A., Agência de Miami ou uma de suas afiliadas. "Conta de Depósito" ou "Conta de Garantia" significa a conta de depósito ou conta de depósito a prazo aberta de acordo com o Formulário, bem como acréscimos, substituições ou renovações ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ de Depósito, que você possui, ao assinar e/ou enviar o Formulário, concedido ao Banco para garantir a dívida (conforme definido abaixo). "Conta de Cartão com Garantia" significa a conta de cartão de crédito garantido a ser estabelecida pelo Banco após o recebimento do Formulário. "Dívida" significa todas as obrigações para com o Banco, incluindo qualquer garantia contínua decorrente da Conta de Cartão com Garantia, bem como cada extensão, refinanciamento ou renovação de tais obrigações e quaisquer despesas incorridas pelo Banco no cumprimento de suas obrigações nos termos deste Contrato, incluindo os honorários de advogado independente e/ou interno, quando permitido por lei. Nenhuma parte da conta de depósito estará disponível para você ou poderá ser usada para garantir outros empréstimos.
