BAD definition

BAD means the Borrower’s Algerian Development Bank (Banque Algérienne de Développement), established and operating pursuant to the Borrower’s Ordinance No. 71-47, dated June 30, 1971, as the same may be amended from time to time;
BAD means Banque Africaine de Développement, the African Development Bank.
BAD faith" means, in reference to a complaint, that it is made in an effort to harass or aggravate, or made maliciously or with an improper purpose;
