Back-Up Servicer definition

Back-Up Servicer means Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association and its permitted successors and assigns, as provided in the Indenture.

Back-Up Servicer has the meaning specified in the Servicing Agreement.

Back-Up Servicer means, initially, Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, and at any other time, the Person then acting as “Back-up Servicer” pursuant to and in accordance with the Back-up Servicing Agreement.

• The Borrower shall promptly notify the Servicer, the Back-Up Servicer, the Manager and the Administrative Agent in writing of any additions or deletions to the Schedule of Eligible Solar Loans.

• The provisions of this Section 9.5 shall survive the discharge, termination or assignment of this Agreement or any related agreement or the earlier of the resignation or removal of the Paying Agent, the Back-Up Servicer and the Transition Manager, as applicable.

• The parties hereto agree and acknowledge that the Transition Manager and the Back-Up Servicer are express third party beneficiaries of the provisions of Sections 2.5, 2.7, 9.4, 9.5 and this Article X, and shall be entitled to enforce their rights hereunder as if direct parties hereto.

Back-Up Servicer means Systems & Services Technologies, Inc., together with its permitted successors and assigns, in such capacity.

Back-Up Servicer means JPMorgan Chase Bank, in its capacity as Back-up Servicer pursuant to the terms of the Sale and Servicing Agreement or such Person as shall have been appointed Back-up Servicer pursuant to Section 9.2(c) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
