AVR definition

AVR means, with respect to any Person domiciled in the United States, the Asset Valuation Reserve set forth in the balance sheet of such Person in accordance with SAP.
AVR means the asset valuation reserve required to be established or maintained by the Company at any particular time, calculated in accordance with SAP.
