AVIATION DOCUMENTS means any or all of the following which at any time may be obtainable from the Aviation Authority: (a) if required, a temporary certificate of airworthiness from the Aviation Authority allowing the Aircraft to be flown after Delivery to the State of Registration, (b) an application for registration of the Aircraft with the appropriate authority in the State of Registration, (c) the certificate of registration for the Aircraft issued by the State of Registration, (d) a full certificate of airworthiness for the Aircraft specifying transport category (passenger), (e) an air transport license, (f) an air operator's certificate, (g) such recordation of LESSOR's title to the Aircraft and interest in this Lease as may be available in the State of Registration and (h) all such other authorizations, approvals, consents and certificates in the State of Registration as may be required to enable LESSEE lawfully to operate the Aircraft.
AVIATION DOCUMENTS means any or all of the following which at any time may be obtained from the Aviation Authority: (a) a ferry flight permit from the Aviation Authority allowing the Aircraft to be flown after Delivery to the State of Registration, (b) a duly filed application for registration of the Aircraft with the Aviation Authority, (c) the certificate of registration for the Aircraft issued by the Aviation Authority with Lessor listed as owner of the Aircraft, (d) a standard certificate of airworthiness for the Aircraft specifying transport category (passenger) and evidencing registration of Lessee as operator of the Aircraft, (e) such recordation of Lessor’s title to the Aircraft and Lessor’s or Lessor’s Lender’s interest in this Lease and Lessor’s Lender’s security interest in the Aircraft as may be available in the State of Registration, (f) concession and/or air transport permit, (g) an air operator’s certificate, including the Aircraft listed as incorporated in the Operations Specifications of Lessee and (h) all such other authorizations, approvals, consents and certificates in the State of Registration as may be required to enable Lessee lawfully to operate the Aircraft.
AVIATION DOCUMENTS means any or all of the following which at any time may be obtainable from the Aviation Authority: (a) if required, a temporary certificate of airworthiness from the Aviation Authority allowing the Aircraft to be flown after Delivery to the State of Registration, (b) an application for registration (commercial) of the Aircraft with the appropriate authority in the State of Registration noting that the Aircraft is to be operated subject to a lease and an IDERA, (c) the temporary certificate of registration (commercial) for the Aircraft issued by the State of Registration, (d) the continuing certificate of registration (commercial) for the Aircraft issued by the State of Registration, (e) a full certificate of airworthiness for the Aircraft in the category for which the Aircraft is intended, (f) an air transport license, (g) an air operator's certificate, (h) such recordation of LESSOR's, Owner's and each other Relevant Party's respective rights, title and interest in and to the Aircraft and the Operative Documents as may be available in the State of Registration and (i) all such other authorizations, approvals, consents and certificates in the State of Registration as may be necessary or advisable to enable LESSEE lawfully to operate the Aircraft.

AVIATION DOCUMENTS means any or all of the following which at any time may be obtainable from the Aviation Authority in the State of Registration: (i) an application for registration of the Aircraft with the appropriate authority in the State of Registration, which will be provided by LESSOR, (ii) the certificate of registration for the Aircraft issued by the State of Registration, which is to be provided by LESSOR (iii) a full certificate of airworthiness for the Aircraft specifying transport category (passenger) to be provided by LESSOR, (iv) an air transport license, (v) an air operator's certificate, (vi) such recordation of LESSOR's title to the Aircraft and interest in this Lease as may be available in the State of Registration and (vii) all such other authorizations, approvals, consents and certificates in the State of Registration as may be required to enable LESSEE lawfully to operate the Aircraft.
AVIATION DOCUMENTS means any or all of the following which at any time may be required to be obtained from the Aviation Authority in the State of Registration: (i) if required, a temporary certificate of airworthiness from the Aviation Authority allowing the Aircraft to be flown after Delivery to the State of Registration; (ii) if applicable, an application for registration of the Aircraft with the appropriate authority in the State of Registration; (iii) the certificate of registration for the Aircraft issued by the State of Registration; (iv) a full certificate of airworthiness for the Aircraft specifying transport category (passenger); (v) an air transport licence, (vi) an air operator’s certificate; (vii) such recordation of Lessor’s rights, title and interest in and to the Aircraft and the Operative Documents as may be available in the State of Registration; and (viii) all such other authorisations, approvals, consents and certificates in the State of Registration and/or the State of Incorporation as may be required to enable Lessee lawfully to operate the Aircraft (such as noise certificates, radio station licences, flight manual approval sheets, etc).

Business Day shall mean any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or other day on which banks located in Providence, Rhode Island are closed or are authorized to close. charter or chartering means the provision of on-demand commercial air transportation in accordance with Part 135 of the FARs. Claim shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.2(b) hereof. Closing Date shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble of this Agreement.
