The Borrower shall not permit the ratio of (a) the Appraised Value of the Aviation Assets (other than any Excluded Aviation Assets) to (b) the Aggregate Commitment, as of the last day of any Test Period ending on June 30 or December 31, to be less than 3.00 to 1.00.
