Average county wage means the average annual wage for persons employed in the County of St. Xxxxxxx, Missouri, as calculated in the Census of Employment and Wages and reported by the Missouri Department of Economic Development. The Average County Wage as of the date of this Agreement is $39,604, which amount shall be adjusted for inflation at each Test Date by applying the then-current Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers-All Items (CPI-U) maintained by the United States Bureau of Labor Statistics.
