Available Storage Capacity definition

Available Storage Capacity means the Storage Capacity amount of the Project for the applicable Settlement Interval. For purposes of this definition, the amount of Available Storage Capacity shall be expressed in megawatts according to the following: Available Storage Capacity = (Storage Capacity / Maximum Storage Level) * Contract Capacity

Available Storage Capacity means the part of the Technical Capacity of the Storage Facility, which has not been allocated and is available at a given time in the Storage Facility for allocation;

Available Storage Capacity means that part of the Technical Capacity of the Storage Facility which is not allocated and is available at the given time in the Storage Facility.

Examples of Available Storage Capacity in a sentence

• The requirements as to Storage Duration in paragraph2.3 apply in respect of applications for Storage Capacity, and not Available Storage Capacity; and accordingly a Storage Capacity Transfer may be made disregarding such requirements.

• A User's Available Storage Capacity in a Transco LNG Storage Facility on a Day will be determined as its Registered Storage Capacity, adjusted in respect of any Storage Capacity Transfer(s) (for which that facility is the Transfer Storage Facility and the Storage Transfer Period includes that Day) by adding the Transferred Storage Capacity where the User was the Transferee Storage User, and deducting the Transferred Storage Capacity where the User was the Transferor Storage User, subject to paragraph 4.6.

• Unless POZAGAS and the Applicant conclude a Gas Storage Contract by the deadline specified in Section 11.2 of these Rules of Operation, POZAGAS shall be entitled to allocate Available Storage Capacity or its part to other Applicants.

More Definitions of Available Storage Capacity

Available Storage Capacity means with respect to each Storage Well the volume of storage capacity set forth in the corresponding column on Exhibit B-1 hereto.

Available Storage Capacity in relation to a Warehouse, means the practical storage capacity for the time being available at that Warehouse for the storage of the Products.
