Available Energy definition

Available Energy of the Project Generating Stations means the energy associated with Available Power.
Available Energy means that Energy available for sale on any given day that is in excess of the Energy required to be sold under any previously entered into Transaction up to the total amount of Energy available on any day that can be produced from the Facility.
Available Energy means Nalcor Generated Energy, exclusive of New Generation Development Energy, that is excess to the Energy quantities required by Nalcor and its Affiliates to satisfy NL Native Load and the Nova Scotia Block;

More Definitions of Available Energy

Available Energy means non-firm electrical energy that XXX COUNTY may offer for sale to REMC from time-to-time, but for which XXX COUNTY is under no obligation or commitment as to the quantity, time, availability or reliability of delivery of such Available Energy.

Available Energy means the amount of energy available between 0% state of charge (“SOC”) - This information can be obtained using the Proterra diagnostic tool and a snapshot thereof must accompany any battery claims.
Available Energy means Buyer’s Allocation of Energy that Seller would have generated and delivered to the Delivery Point from the Facility, but for (i) a Buyer Curtailment Order, or (ii) a suspension of Seller’s obligation to make Energy available due to a Buyer Event of Default pursuant to Section 3.4(a), in either case from equipment that would otherwise have been mechanically and electrically available for generation of Energy. The amount of Available Energy shall be determined by Seller using the best information available at the time including weather conditions or physical limitations and any other factors relevant to the determination. Seller shall be responsible for collecting and archiving Site insola tion in order to determine the Available Energy from the Facility.
