The Provider agrees that each invoice issued or accepted by it will include details of, as regards the Flexibility Services to which the invoice relates: the date on and time at which the Flexibility Services were provided; the relevant Availability Fee details (if any); and the relevant Utilisation Fee details (if any).
An initial Water Availability Fee shall be due and payable upon execution of this Petition, unless previously paid at the time of platting or sale of the lot.
The Availability Fee will be calculated by the Ally Parties promptly after the end of each quarter and will be due and payable no later than the end of the month immediately following the end of such quarter.
Said reduction shall be effective at the end of said thirty Business Day period and upon the payment of said Availability Fee.
