Availability Fee definition

Availability Fee means the fee payable in consideration for the Provider making available the DER and calculated in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2;
Availability Fee the fee payable in consideration for the Provider making the DER Available and calculated in accordance with the provisions of the Service Terms;
Availability Fee means a fixed fee for the availability of an ancillary service, irrespective of dispatch or provision, expressed as dollars per period of availability;

Availability Fee means the tariff referred to under Tariff Type in the Matjhabeng Municipality’s Tariff Policy, Tariff Book and Tariff By law;

Availability Fee means a fee as contemplated in sections 81(1), 83(1)(c) and 141(b) of the Local Government Ordinance, 1939 (Ordinance No. 17 of 1939), or any other law;
Availability Fee has the meaning given in to it in Paragraph 1.3(d) of this Part A of Schedule 2 below;
Availability Fee shall have the meaning given thereto in the Letter Agreement.
