Availability Charge definition

Availability Charge in relation to a Supply Point means the charge, expressed as a rate which is applicable to the Available Capacity of the Supply Point, and as set out on the Contract Information Pack;
Availability Charge means a fixed monthly or annual charge levied against the account holder which is based on the cost of providing a municipal service to the premises of the account holder;
Availability Charge means where properties are not connected to the municipal infrastructure, but can reasonably be connected to the service.

  • The Long-term Planned Outage Adjustment shall equal (a) the Hourly Availability Charge plus each Hourly Capital Item Charge, as shown in Schedule B, multiplied by (b) the difference, if positive, of (i) the hours scheduled for performance of Long-term Planned Outages minus (ii) the actual hours spent performing Long-term Planned Outages during the Contract Year.
