Authorizing Ordinance definition

Authorizing Ordinance means Ordinance No. [Board Bill No. ] affirming approval and adoption of the Redevelopment Plan, Redevelopment Project, and designation of the Redevelopment Area, designating Developer as the developer of the Redevelopment Area, and authorizing the City to enter into a Redevelopment Agreement with Developer.
Authorizing Ordinance means Ordinance No. [ Board Bill No. ], adopted on , 2007, affirming adoption of the Redevelopment Plan, Redevelopment Area, and Redevelopment Project, authorizing execution of a Redevelopment Agreement for the construction of the Redevelopment Project and making certain findings related thereto.
Authorizing Ordinance means the Ordinance adopted by the Board on April 7, 2020 authorizing the Enterprise to finance the Project, enter into the Loan and execute and deliver the Note, this Agreement, and the other Financing Documents.

  • The later of the following dates: (i) the date Purchaser has accepted and signed this Contract, or (ii) the date Seller has enacted the Authorizing Ordinance and Seller has accepted and signed this Contract, as shown on the signature pages to this Contract.
