Authorized Repair Facility definition

Authorized Repair Facility means and/or refers to one of Global’s Preferred Repair Centres or a Licenced Repair Facility pre-approved by Global.
Authorized Repair Facility means the licensed repair shop that has received authorization to begin repairs from the Administrator.  Breakdown or Mechanical Failure – means the failure of an original or replacement part covered by this Agreement to perform its function as it was originally designed to work in normal service with required maintenance due to material failures or defects outside the manufacturer’s tolerance. It does not mean the gradual reduction in operating performance due to normal wear and use.  Cost(s) – means the usual and fair charges for parts and labor necessary to repair the parts covered. These charges shall not exceed the manufacturer’s suggested retail price for parts. Replacement parts will be of like kind and quality and may include new, remanufactured, rebuilt, or used based on the Administrator’s option. Labor time will be reimbursed using nationally recognized labor time standards.  Deductible – means the amount that You must pay for covered repairs per visit as shown on the Information Page in the section titled PLAN TERM AND INFORMATION.  Obligor – means American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc. (AGWS) except in the State of Florida where the Obligor MARKETING SAMPLE is American Guardian Warranty Services of Florida, Inc. (FL License #60116).  Pre-Existing Condition – means a condition or Breakdown that occurred before Your purchase of the Agreement. Selling Dealer – means the retail marketer/seller of this Agreement to You for the covered Vehicle described on the Information page.  You and Your – means the purchaser shown under the section titled Purchaser Information on the Information Page.  We, Us or Our – means American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc., P.O. Box 3538, Glen Ellyn, IL 60138 (800) 579- 2233 except in the State of Florida where We, Us, or Our means American Guardian Warranty Services of Florida, Inc., P.O. Box 3538, Glen Ellyn, IL 00000 (000) 000-0000 (FL License #60116) the Administrator who is identified as the Agreement Obligor on the Information Page of this Agreement.  Vehicle or Covered Vehicle – means the Vehicle described on the Information page.
Authorized Repair Facility refers to any dealership which is authorized by the OEM to repair or replace lost or damaged key(s)/remote(s).

More Definitions of Authorized Repair Facility

Authorized Repair Facility means any qualified automotive service center at which You seek to acquire service under this Agreement. The repairer must provide a written parts and labor guarantee of at least 12 months and 12,000 miles unless other arrangements have been agreed to by the Administrator. Repairs performed by any facility must receive authorization from the Administrator prior to beginning repairs. Breakdown or Mechanical Failure – means the failure of an original or replacement part, covered by this Agreement, to perform its function as it was originally designed to work in normal service with required maintenance due to material failure, wear and tear or defects in workmanship and outside the manufacturer’s tolerance. Cost(s) – means the usual and fair charges for parts and labor necessary to repair covered parts. Replacement of any covered part may be made with new, remanufactured, rebuilt or like kind and quality at the time of Breakdown at the discretion of the Administrator. Parts will be reimbursed up to the manufacturer’s suggested list price. The maximum retail labor rate is $100.00 per hour (unless You purchased the Repairer Labor Rate Option). Deductible – means the amount that You must pay for covered repairs per occurrence as identified on the Information Page. Information Page – means Page 1 of this Agreement. Pre-Existing Condition – means a condition or Breakdown that occurred before the Agreement Purchase Date. Seller – means the retail seller of this Agreement to You for the Vehicle described on the Information Page.
Authorized Repair Facility means a facility and/or shop that is approved to preform work on behalf of Administrator.
Authorized Repair Facility means an appropriately-rated facility from the Company list of authorized repair facilities, and includes any facility with which Company contracts for repair services.

Related to Authorized Repair Facility

  • Repair facility Means any licensed automotive REPAIR FACILITY capable of performing repair services to a COVERED PART, approved by the ADMINISTRATOR, and at which YOU seek to acquire service under this CONTRACT.

  • Authorized Facilities means the public facilities authorized to be financed, in whole or in part, by the CFD.

The term “Examined Facilities” does not include any facility exempt from an Offer Floor pursuant to the provisions of Section 23.4.5.7.7. Exceptional Circumstances: shall mean one or more unavoidable circumstances, as determined by the ISO, that individually or collectively render as unavailable the data necessary for the ISO to perform an audit and review of a Market Party, pursuant to Section 23.4.5.6.2 of this Services Tariff. Exceptional Circumstances may include, but are not limited to: the inaccessibility of the physical facility; the inaccessibility of necessary documentation or other data; and the unavailability of information regarding the regulatory obligations with which the Market Party will be required to comply in order to return its Generator to service which regulatory obligations are not yet known but which will be made known by the applicable regulatory authority under existing laws and regulations provided that none of the above described circumstances are the result of delay or inaction by the Market Party. The magnitude of the repair cost, alone, shall not be an Exceptional Circumstance.

  • LNG facility means a terminal which is used for the liquefaction of natural gas or the importation, offloading, and re-gasification of LNG, and includes ancillary services and temporary storage necessary for the re-gasification process and subsequent delivery to the transmission system, but does not include any part of LNG terminals used for storage;

  • Customer Facility means Generation Facilities or Merchant Transmission Facilities interconnected with or added to the Transmission System pursuant to an Interconnection Request under Subpart A of Tariff, Part IV. Customer Interconnection Facilities:

  • Project Equipment means the items of machinery, equipment or other personal property used in connection with the construction and development of the Project pursuant to the provisions hereof, and all replacements thereof and substitutions therefor made pursuant to this Agreement.
