Verification Agent Agreement definition

Verification Agent Agreement means the Second Amended and Restated Verification Agent Agreement, dated as of the Second Amendment and Restatement Date, by and among the Verification Agent, the Borrower, the Facility Administrator and the Administrative Agent, as amended, amended and restated, modified and/or supplemented from time to time in accordance with its terms.
Verification Agent Agreement means the verification agent agreement, dated December 14, 2017, among Seller, REO Subsidiary, Guarantor and Verification Agent.
