Authorized End User definition

Authorized End User means any individual employees, agents, or contractors of Customer accessing or using the Flock Services through the Web Interface, under the rights granted to Customer pursuant to this Agreement. “Customer” will mean the Customer.

Authorized End User means any individual employees, agents, or contractors of Agency accessing or using the Services through the Web Interface, under the rights granted to Agency pursuant to this Agreement.

Authorized End User means any individual authorized, by virtue of such individual’s relationship to, or permissions from, Customer, to access the Services pursuant to Customer’s rights under this Agreement.

Examples of Authorized End User in a sentence

• Agency shall be responsible for all acts and omissions of Authorized End Users, and any act or omission by an Authorized End User which, if undertaken by Agency, would constitute a breach of this Agreement, shall be deemed a breach of this Agreement by Agency.

• Flock will have no liability for any damage, liabilities, losses (including any loss of data or profits) or any other consequences that Agency or any Authorized End User may incur as a result of a Service Suspension.

• Your storage capacity and bandwidth (“Storage Capacity”) and your number of Authorized Users and Active Users licenses may be limited as specified in the applicable Order Form or the support terms of the Agreement and you agree that any additional Storage Capacity Authorized End User and Active Users in excess of what is contemplated in the applicable Order Form or the support terms of the Agreement may be subject to additional fees.

• Flock is not responsible nor liable for any delays or failures in performance from any cause beyond its control, including, but not limited to acts of God, changes to law or regulations, embargoes, war, terrorist acts, acts or omissions of third-party technology providers, riots, fires, earthquakes, floods, power blackouts, strikes, weather conditions or acts of hackers, internet service providers or any other third party or acts or omissions of Agency or any Authorized End User.

• Flock Safety is not responsible nor liable for any delays or failures in performance from any cause beyond its control, including, but not limited to acts of God, changes to law or regulations, embargoes, war, terrorist acts, acts or omissions of third-party technology providers, riots, fires, earthquakes, floods, power blackouts, strikes, weather conditions or acts of hackers, internet service providers or any other third party or acts or omissions of Agency or any Authorized End User.

More Definitions of Authorized End User

Authorized End User means employees, students, or other personnel designated by Licensee with access to the Rosetta Stone Product.

Authorized End User means any individual employees, agents, or contractors of Customer accessing or using the Services through the Web Interface, under the rights granted to Customer pursuant to this Agreement.

Authorized End User means Licensee’s employees and contractors, members of Licensee’s organization or, if Licensee is an educational institution, Licensee’s faculty, staff and students who are authorized by Licensee to exercise rights under this Agreement. “You” and “Your” means Licensee and any Authorized End User. For avoidance of doubt, Licensee is responsible for compliance with this Agreement by its Authorized End Users.

Authorized End User means any individual(s) who is/are:

Authorized End User means any individual who is a student resident in a degree, or certificate-granting program of Customer, prospective student, alumni, consortia student registered to take one of Customer's regularly offered courses of instruction, employee, trustee or collaborating researcher of Customer or a Customer employee (solely to the extent any such employee use the Software for Customer's informal training purposes) up to a maximum of 1,000 Authorized End Users.

Authorized End User will have the meaning set forth in the Software Schedule, as defined below.

Authorized End User means any individual employee, agent or contractor of Customer accessing or using the Dotmatics Product on Customer’s behalf.
