Examples of Authorized Bonds in a sentence
The purposes for which the Authorized Bonds are issued are (i) to pay or provide for the payment of all of the Outstanding Prior Indenture Bonds, which also constitute the Refunded Bonds and (ii) to pay the Costs of Issuance of the Authorized Bonds.
The Authorized Bonds are hereby authorized to be issued in an aggregate principal amount of $454,140,000.
As a result, the Prior Indenture and the pledge and lien created thereby shall be terminated, and the pledge and lien on the Revenues created by the Master Indenture shall become a first pledge and lien in favor of the Holders of the Authorized Bonds and all Bonds and other obligations previously and hereafter issued on parity therewith in accordance with the Master Indenture.
