Authorized Authority Representative definition

Authorized Authority Representative means the person or persons at the time designated, by written certificate of the Authority furnished to the State, the City, and the Trustee, as the person or persons authorized to act on behalf of the Authority. Such certificate shall contain the specimen signature of such person or persons, shall be signed on behalf of the Authority by its Chairman or Secretary, and may designate an alternate or alternates.
