Authorization Center definition
Authorization Center means the facility or facilities designated from time to time by Bank or ISO to which Merchant shall submit all requests for Authorization.

"GOODS" means the products described in SECTION 2 below, certain warranties expressly authorized by Household, and related services sold by Merchant in the ordinary course of Merchant's business to consumers for individual, family, personal or household use. p.
