Authority to Proceed definition

Authority to Proceed means the authority given to the Loco Pilot of a train, under the system of working, to enter the block section with his train;
Authority to Proceed or “ATP” the authorisation to the Supplier to commence the provision of the relevant Operational Services to the Authority, provided by the Authority in the form of a Milestone Achievement Certificate in respect of the ATP Milestone;
Authority to Proceed or “ATP” means the authorisation to the Service Provider to commence the provision of the relevant Operational Services to the Purchaser, provided by the Purchaser in the form of a Milestone Achievement Certificate in respect of the ATP Milestone.
