The Authority Trustee may not sell, assign or otherwise transfer the Bonds except for a transfer of the entire outstanding principal amount thereof to its successor as trustee under the Authority Indenture, which successor and each subsequent successor shall hold such Authority Bonds subject to the same restriction on transfer.
Capitalized terms used herein, not otherwise expressly defined herein, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Authority Indenture.
