Authority Engineer definition

Authority Engineer. : shall mean the firm or corporation appointed by and representing the Authority.
Authority Engineer means the Engineer designated by the Jackson County Utility Authority to be their representative.

Authority Engineer means the Authority’s general operating engineer (currently BGE, Inc.), which may be changed from time to time by the Authority.
