Authority Engineer. : shall mean the firm or corporation appointed by and representing the Authority.

Authority Engineer means the Authority’s general operating engineer (currently BGE, Inc.), which may be changed from time to time by the Authority.

Authority Engineer means the consulting engineers engaged by the Authority for the Project, currently ▇▇▇▇▇ & Gay Engineers, Inc., and any successor engineering firm hired by the Authority for the Project.
