Authorised Denomination definition

Authorised Denomination means, in respect of any Note, the Minimum Denomination thereof and any denomination equal to one or more multiples of the Authorised Integral Amount in excess of the Minimum Denomination thereof.
Authorised Denomination means U.S.$250,000 and integral multiples of U.S.$1 in excess thereof.
Authorised Denomination means, in the case of a Restricted Note, U.S.$250,000 (or its equivalent rounded upwards as specified in the relevant Final Terms) and higher integral multiples of U.S.$1,000, or the higher denomination or denominations specified in the applicable Final Terms.
