A certificate signed by any duly authorised officer of Aurizon Network as to a matter or as to a sum payable to Aurizon Network in connection with this Agreement is prima facie evidence of the matter stated in it or the sum payable.
If the Train Service is a Cross System Train Service, Aurizon Network may vary the formula of ATP to reflect this.
Nothing in a Schedule shall be varied in any way except by the issue of a replacement Schedule by Aurizon Network in accordance with this Clause.
If there is any inconsistency between matters contained in Aurizon Network’s Access Undertaking and this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement prevail.
