Attrition Rate definition

Attrition Rate means a ratio, the numerator of which is the number of Subscribers which terminatewho are also Users as of the Commencement Date and who cancel or otherwise do not continue a subscription to the Publication and are UsersPublications during the Term (the “Fieldston Attrition Factor”) and the denominator of which is the sum of (i) the total number of Subscribers at the commencement of such quarter and (ii) the total number of new Subscribers during such quarteras of the Commencement Date.
Attrition Rate means a ratio, the numerator of which is the number of Subscribers which terminate a subscription to the Publication and are Users during the Term (the “Argus Attrition Factor”) and the denominator of which is the sum of (i) the total number of Subscribers at the commencement of such quarter and (ii) the total number of new Subscribers during such quarter. Notwithstanding the foregoing, item (ii) above shall only be included in the computation of the denominator after the expiration of the first quarter after the Commencement Date and in the event the Attrition Rate (not including item (ii)) for the preceding quarter was less than ten percent (10%).
Attrition Rate means, as of any date of determination, the annualized ratio, using dollars, of RMR for the Recurring Service Contracts in question and expressed as a percentage as follows in respect of the Business of the following (x) and (y), each without duplication:

More Definitions of Attrition Rate

Attrition Rate means, as of any date of determination, the amount (expressed as a percentage) equal to:
Attrition Rate means the decrease, if any, expressed as a percentage, in Eligible Customers obtained by applying the following formula: (a)(i) the aggregate number of Eligible Customers as of the first day of a Measurement Period, minus (ii) the aggregate number of such customers who remain Eligible Customers as of the last day of such Measurement Period, divided by (b) the aggregate number of Eligible Customers as of the first day of such Measurement Period, where "Eligible Customers" means customers in good standing not more than 60 delinquent on payments due to Borrower, and "Measurement Period" means any three month period beginning with the first day of any calendar month and ending with the last day of the month constituting a consecutive three month period (e.g. June 1 through August 31).
Attrition Rate means, as of any date of determination in respect of any Project Status, the number of the Projects of such Project Status that are not reasonably expected to be Tranched as a percentage of the total Projects of such Project Status, as reasonably determined by Borrower (or the Administrative Agent in the circumstances described in Section 1.08) having regard to all relevant information including (i) historical attrition during the six (6) month period immediately prior to such date of determination, (ii) prevailing market conditions, (iii) the status of Customer accounts and (iv) the terms of the applicable Customer Agreements.
Attrition Rate means the assumed yearly rate of attrition of renewals of existing policies and contracts, which for purposes of calculating Present Value of Renewals, are initially 5% with respect to contracts and policies in the Banking Portfolio and 15% with respect to all other contracts and policies, which Attrition Rate shall be re-set annually as set forth in Section 2.24.
