Attrition Rate definition

Attrition Rate means a ratio, the numerator of which is the number of Subscribers which terminate a subscription to the Publication and are Users during the Term (the “Argus Attrition Factor”) and the denominator of which is the sum of (i) the total number of Subscribers at the commencement of such quarter and (ii) the total number of new Subscribers during such quarter.

Attrition Rate means, as of any date of determination, the amount (expressed as a percentage) equal to:
