The Company will not, and will not permit any of its Restricted Subsidiaries to, directly or indirectly create, incur, assume or suffer to exist any Lien securing Indebtedness, Attributable Debt or trade payables (other than Permitted Liens) on any asset now owned or hereafter acquired, unless all payments due hereunder and the Notes are secured on an equal and ratable basis with (or prior to) the obligations so secured until such time as such obligations are no longer secured by a Lien.
