Seller will deliver, to the extent applicable, the Attestation and Disclosure Document, in a form similar to that attached hereto, or in such other form as may be required from time to time by such Certification Authority or as may from time to time be mutually agreed to by the Parties pursuant to the terms of the Applicable Program.
