Attainment definition

Attainment means designated as attainment of the National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) pursuant to Section 107(d) of the federal Clean Air Act or of the State Ambient Air Quality Standards (SAAQS) pursuant to Section 39608 of the California Health and Safety Code, as applicable. For the purposes of these Rules 20.1, 20.2, 20.3 and 20.4, attainment of a NAAQS means also designated as attainment or unclassifiable by EPA in 40 CFR Section 81.305.
Attainment means either proof of the degree or, if the granting institution has not conferred such degree, the employee must meet each of the following requirements:

  • The Improvement Target is based on at least a 20% improvement each year in the gap between Goal Benchmark and the Attainment Threshold of each ACO measure.

  • Attainment of objectives of the educational program of the district requires mutual understanding and cooperation among the Board, the Director, his staff, and the professional teaching personnel.
