Within such ninety day period, DISTRIBUTOR may place reasonable orders for purchase of ASTC Products, but ASTC explicitly retains the right to reasonably limit the quantity of such orders.
DISTRIBUTOR shall promote the products of other companies only if such promotion will not prejudice ASTC business interests or create a conflict of interest in handling ASTC's confidential or proprietary information.
