Assigned Capacity definition

Assigned Capacity has the meaning given in clause 12.3(a).

Assigned Capacity means the amount of Firm or Conditional Firm Contracted Capacity which is (or is to be) assigned under that Capacity Assignment, and

Assigned Capacity has the meaning given in Section B paragraph 8.1 of the IUK Access Code; “Assignment Period” has the meaning given in Section B paragraph 8.1 of the IUK Access Code;

Examples of Assigned Capacity in a sentence

• Assigned Capacity means any Reserved Capacity (or part thereof) that is subject to an Assignment.

• Assigned Capacity is an allocation of student stations from an adjacent CSA to meet the projected demand.

• A Customer’s Assigned Capacity on a Distribution Facility is equal to the Customer’s Historical Capacity or Contracted Capacity, plus any Available Capacity that Hydro One assigns to the Customer on that Distribution Facility.

More Definitions of Assigned Capacity

Assigned Capacity means, in relation to a load customer and a connection facility, the capacity determined in accordance with section 6.2.2;

Assigned Capacity means the amount of Registered Capacity which is (or is to be) assigned under that Capacity Assignment, and

Assigned Capacity has the meaning given in Section B paragraph 8.1 of the Interconnector Access Code;

Assigned Capacity has the meaning given in clause 12.3. Associated Service means, in respect of a Service, the associated service or services provided or to be provided by the EGP Service Providers to the Shipper from time to time which are identified in the Annexure for that Service.
