Assigned Capacity means the amount of Firm or Conditional Firm Contracted Capacity which is (or is to be) assigned under that Capacity Assignment, and

Assigned Capacity means, in relation to a load customer and a connection facility, the capacity determined in accordance with section 6.2.2;

• If an Alternate Product is introduced, the number of cGMP Batches to be manufactured within the Assigned Capacity in each year may be revised as agreed in writing by the Parties.

Assigned Capacity has the meaning given in Section B paragraph 8.1 of the IUK Access Code; “Assignment Period” has the meaning given in Section B paragraph 8.1 of the IUK Access Code;

Assigned Capacity has the meaning given in clause 12.3. Associated Service means, in respect of a Service, the associated service or services provided or to be provided by the EGP Service Providers to the Shipper from time to time which are identified in the Annexure for that Service.

Assigned Capacity means the annual capacity at the Facility assigned by Lonza to Forty Seven for the manufacture of cGMP Batches as described in clause 6.1.
