Asset Group definition

Asset Group. Either Asset Group 1 or Asset Group 2.

Asset Group means one or more of the categories of Assets set forth on Schedule I to the MPC Purchase Agreement.

Asset Group means those Investments that are categorized together for the purpose of providing Asset Administrative Services under this Agreement.

Examples of Asset Group in a sentence

• Payments on each Group will be based solely on payments on the Trust Asset Group with the same numerical designation.

More Definitions of Asset Group

Asset Group. Any of Asset Group 1, Asset Group 2 or Asset Group 3, as applicable.

Asset Group has the meaning assigned to that term in Schedule 7.1(a)(1) of this Agreement.

Asset Group means any asset or group of assets with identifiable net earnings (or loss).

Asset Group means a group of two or more Loans, all of which either (a) are secured by all or part of the same Loan Collateral, (b) are interrelated by the fact that a default under one results in a default under one or more of the others, or (c) have the same or similar Obligors.

Asset Group means any asset or group of assets with identifiable net income (or loss).

Asset Group means any of the following groups of assets: (i) assets owned, leased or used by the Acquired Companies, (ii) assets covered by the Sublease Agreement and the Right to Use Agreement and (iii) the Newco Contracts.
