Asset Documents definition

Asset Documents means the documents in the related Asset File to be delivered to the Custodian.

  • No person other than the holder of such Purchased Asset may declare any event of default under the Purchased Asset or accelerate any indebtedness under the Purchased Asset Documents.

More Definitions of Asset Documents

Asset Documents means the agreements and documents through which the rights to conduct Petroleum Operations and all other rights related to the development and exploitation of the Contract Area are derived, including, but not limited to, the Contract, the Agreement and the Initial Agreement.

Asset Documents means, with respect to an Underlying Mortgage Loan or Underlying REO Property, each of the documents comprising the Asset File for such Underlying Mortgage Loan or Underlying REO Property, as applicable, as more fully set forth in the Custodial Agreement.
Asset Documents. The loan agreement, note, mortgage, intercreditor agreement, participation agreement, co-lender agreement or other agreement pursuant to which a Mortgage Asset or Mortgage Loan has been issued or created and each other agreement that governs the terms of or secures the obligations represented by such Mortgage Asset or Mortgage Loan or of which holders of such Mortgage Asset or Mortgage Loan are the beneficiaries.
Asset Documents. With respect to any (i) Mortgage Loan, as applicable, those documents identified in the definition ofMortgage File” in the Custodial Agreement executed in connection with, evidencing or governing such Mortgage Loan and the related Mortgaged Property and which are required to be delivered to Custodian under the Custodial Agreement, and (ii) REO Property, those documents which are required to be delivered to the Custodian under the Custodial Agreement.
